Preserving is one of the most interesting and creative parts of gardening, where you can enjoy the summer harvest all season long. Most of what we make is simple, using simple ingredients from the farm, and when we need to buy extra ingredients, we try to buy ethical and organic where possible.  A few of our favourites include.
