Hey there, when we haven't been digging ourselves out of the crazy snow this year, we have been quietly planning, ordering and getting ready for spring.

If you haven't signed up already, follow the link in the bio to find out more. But here is the rundown.

🍅 Summer Share: 10 or 20 weeks of seasonal veggies from beginning of June to mid October

🥒 Small and large options for different households or diets

📅 Weekly and bi weekly pick up

🧄 Thursday and Saturday pickups at the Farm, an Acton/Rockwood residence and Georgetown Farmers' Market.

We are excited for this spring to start and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.

These warm, dry and windy days made this harvest a snap. Three varieties, black turtle, taylor horticulural, and dutch brown all cleaned up and in bins in a couple hours.

Human scale processing, though slower then modern commercial machines, was pretty quick and fun, mostly because the weather cooperated.

Lots of different squash being harvested, and the smaller ones, especially the Acorn types throw a lot like a football.

Been a pretty awesome summer so far. Lots of work with the veggies and the animals, but also neat to work along side my family and enjoy some of the fruits of our labor.

Hey everybody. My beautiful little sister is getting married this Saturday, so we won't be able to make it.

All out CSA share members will receive a prepackaged bag at the usual spot, delivered by the wonderful Lisa of @barnarrowfarm who, I heard, is fully stocked with lots of goodies for this weekend.

🧄Garlic is such a versatile veggie and has edible parts at all stages of its life.

Green Garlic in spring, scapes early summer and the fresh or cured bulbs in July and through the winter. A truly full year veggie and super delicious
